Innovations from MRL and Aeolus
Heuver Tyres will present several new products from its in-house brands, MRL and Aeolus.
In addition to the latest product launches from MRL and Aeolus, Heuver Tyres will also showcase a John Deere tractor equipped with wheels from Bevri – Heuver’s own brand for customized agricultural wheels – and introduce the unique Float Control air pressure adjustment system. Together, these displays clearly demonstrate how Heuver combines several strong brands to offer customers a broad, comprehensive, and innovative product range.
Beyond the Heuver stand, brands from the Heuver distribution portfolio will also be featured at other booths, including Alliance, Nokian, and MRL.
VF 480/80R50 CFO MVF 603 V FLEXO PLUS SB 179D TL
This new row crop tyre represents the latest generation in MRL’s VF segment. It offers up to 40% higher load capacity at the same inflation pressure compared to standard agricultural tyres—or the same load at 40% lower pressure. The larger footprint improves weight distribution and reduces soil compaction, benefiting soil structure. An optimized lug design provides additional traction, while reinforced tread construction improves stubble and wear resistance.
The LSB technology (Locked Shaped Bead) ensures excellent air retention and protection against punctures and damage, enhancing reliability. The versatile MVF 603 V FLEXO PLUS can be used for cultivating, harvesting, and spraying, and performs well on both hard roads and soft surfaces.
VF 800/70R38 CFO MVF 600 V FLEXO PLUS SB 189D TL
This tyre takes the VF concept to the next level, also offering 40% higher load capacity or 40% lower pressure than standard tyres. Its larger footprint ensures even pressure distribution, improved traction, and reduced slippage. With a tread depth of 66 mm and a premium steel-belted construction, it offers extended service life.
The MVF 600 V FLEXO PLUS is ideal for machines that regularly switch between fieldwork and transport. Its CFO (Cyclic Field Operation) marking guarantees resistance to cyclical loads. Other major benefits include lower operating costs, improved comfort, reduced soil compaction, and lower fuel consumption. The tyre performs exceptionally on roads, offering better stability, fewer vibrations, and greater resistance to damage at higher speeds.
600/50R22.5 Aeolus AGT24 AS 164J AgroTruck TL
The new AGT24 was specially developed for agricultural transport using agri-trucks. Its key advantage is the perfect balance of speed, load capacity, and traction. Thanks to its all-steel carcass, the AGT24 is highly durable and resistant to heavy use. Capable of speeds up to 100 km/h, it is ideal for efficient, fast agricultural transport. Its high load capacity does not compromise performance. The robust, self-cleaning tread design ensures reliability on a wide range of surfaces.
600/55R26.5 Aeolus AE75 AS 177D TL
A robust tyre for agricultural transport vehicles and tippers in construction, the new AE75 is made with a wear-resistant compound and designed for long-term, intensive use. Its all-steel carcass provides maximum stability and high load capacity. The AE75 offers excellent self-cleaning capabilities, even under demanding conditions. This versatile tyre ensures high stability and outstanding glide characteristics across various terrains.
